ā° Return/Exchange Window (7 Din)

  • Request Time-Limit: Customer ko product masool (receive) hone ki tareekh se 7 Calendar Days ke andar return ya exchange request submit karni hogi.

  • 7 din ki muddat (limit) ke baad aayi hui koi bhi request generally manzoor (accept) nahi ki jayegi.


✨ Item ki Acceptable Condition aur Packaging

Returnable items ko yeh shartein poori karni hongi:

  1. Condition: Item bilkul naya, ghair-mustamil (unused), aur ghair-nuqsan-zada (undamaged) hona chahiye. Agar item use ho chuka ho, toh return manzoor nahi hoga.

  2. Original Packing: Product ki asal (original) packing, saare tags, manuals, aur seals (agar lagu ho) shamil (attached) honi chahiye.

  3. Agar item mein toot-phoot (breakage) customer ki taraf se hui ho, toh return mustarad (reject) kar diya jayega.

Agar galti hamari taraf se ho:

  • Agar product nuqs-daar (defective), kharab (damaged), ya galat item/variant/colour deliver hua ho, toh customer ko faori (immediately) photos/videos ba-taur-saboot (as proof) faraham (provide) karna hoga.

  • Saboot ki tasdeeq (confirmation) hone par, store aapko muft (free) replacement, exchange, ya full refund provide karega.

  • Shipping Cost: Agar store ki taraf se galti ho, toh return shipping cost store ada (pay) karega.

  • Woh items jo Sale mein farokht (sold) kiye gaye hain ya zaati safai (Personal Hygiene) se mutalliq (related) hain, woh return/exchange ke liye ahal (eligible) nahi honge.


šŸ“§ Return/Exchange ke liye Darkhast Kaise Dein (How to Apply)

  1. Request Submit Karein: Customer website/app par login karke 'Return/Exchange Request' submit karein aur zarurat ke mutabiq photos/videos attach karein.

  2. Manzoori Ka Intezar Karein: Item wapas bhejne se qabl (before), hamari team ki manzoori (approval) ka intezar karein. Bina approval ke bheja gaya return process nahi ho payega.

  3. Item Bhejein: Manzoori milne ke baad, return item ko store ke bataye hue pate (address) par bhejen.

Request manzoor hone ke baad, processing mein itna waqt lagega:

  • Product Mu'ayina (Inspection): Return item ki haalat check karne mein 1–2 working days lagenge.

  • Refund/Exchange: Refund, store credit, ya exchange ki aakhri (final) processing 2–5 working days mein mukammal (complete) hogi (Mu'ayine ke baad).
